A story from the perspective of two Prime Ministers
The film 'Mission Majnu' is the story of that period when Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister of the country and she divided Pakistan into two parts considering India as its enemy. Pakistan was shocked. Army chief General Zia-ul-Haq took over the country by removing his prime minister. And, here in India, Indira Gandhi lost the election. The government of the newly formed party came. Morarji Desai became the Prime Minister and he directed the closure of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) mission in Pakistan. RAW was established to overcome the lack of intelligence in the earlier war with China and Pakistan. RN Kao became its first director. The film begins from Kav's point of view. His character is played by Parmeet Sethi in the film. It was Kao who trained a youth to become a RAW agent whose father was accused of being a traitor.

Weak film made on interesting story
The scope of the story is interesting. RAW agent Tariq aka Amandeep has been sent to Pakistan in such a way that he can keep informing the Indian government about the activities happening around, but by telling what he was doing there before finding out about Pakistan's nuclear program, the film misses. Before coming on the real mission, Tariq is seen working as a tailor. Pakistan seems to be trying to make a way between them on the pretext of stitching army uniforms and coming to the real issue, the film not only delays a lot but the team of Parvez Shaikh, Aseem Arora and Sumit Batheja fails to develop the characters of the story properly. also misses. Tariq's first meeting with Nasreen is very filmy. The thread of the love story of both, then marriage and then Nasreen becoming a mother also prevents it from flying very high. Tariq speaks very clearly Hindustani, but also keeps on speaking Punjabi in between, perhaps to show that his roots are Punjabi.
OTT star stamped
And, now it's about Siddharth Malhotra. Siddharth has lost his fire as an actor from the big screen. Karan Johar launched him. Later, a good film 'Sher Shah' was also made to handle his career, but Siddharth has come four steps behind 'Thank God' and 'Mission Majnu'. OTT is becoming their destination but the competition of artists in OTT is more than in cinema. If the film is weak here, then the viewer has the option of immediately moving on to another film or web series. Don't know whether Siddharth has fallen in love with any girl in real life or not, but whenever he gets a chance to express his love in front of the camera, he misses it. Doesn't seem like he's trained for action sequences. Ravi Varma has also created some amazing action sequences in the film.

Superb performance by Kumud Mishra
Rashmika Mandanna has played the role of a blind girl in the rest of the cast of the film. He also has the same problem as Siddharth. She is beautiful but not mature enough to act. Shishir Sharma, Sharib Hashmi and Parmeet Sethi also try to establish the case but the story and screenplay is written in such a weak way that even their characters are not able to help the film. Kumud Mishra's character has definitely been written neatly and his hard work also makes his character the best character of the film. The work of the artist who plays Zia-ul-Haq is also commendable. There is nothing in the songs of the film that can touch the emotions of the audience. Manoj Muntashir has tried to compose a song like 'Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jawaan' here too, but the patriotism of this song has not emerged due to its weak music.
